Aremaco fixes nothing. Be prepared to wait for months, to call them multiple times about the same problem, and to get lied to. The say the work is approved for the contractor to get there and only be approved for half the job. Expect there contractors to be late, cancel, or to call and say we are coming right now. Worst management company I have ever rented from. My neighbors say the same thing.
