Apartment Review for Armon Bay - Corpus Christi, TX

Management seems to come and go with varying aptitude. Townhomes are fairly roomy with a patio large enough for a grill and some seating. Maintenance is better than average. Carport is provided but the spaces are very small. Road noise is a bit annoying. Security is mediocre, not enough lighting in some areas. The gym is less than spectacular but the pool seems to be cleaned often. Location is convenient to most shopping, the military base, etc. Recommend families try to get into a townhome rather than the 3 bedroom apartment to avoid noise etc.
