Apartment Review for Armon Bay - Corpus Christi, TX

The apartments look ok, nothing spectacular. My apartment window faces the parking lot and sidewalk causing very little privacy. I'm very uncomfortable leaving my blinds open with people walking past all the time. People can see right in the aparment. I'm on the bottom floor and don't have a patio. I don't hear a lot of noise from my neighbors. There is not a lot of dog barking. Sometimes turning on the kitchen faucet will cause the shower water to turn cold. I have requested that exercise equipment be repaired months ago and it still has not been done. There are very few machines in the exercise room, pretty basic. They have responded to repair requests in my apartment in a timely fashion. The sidewalks flood when it rains hard so you could end up walking through a pretty tall puddle. Since I've been here, the apartment office has notified us of 2 car break in's. The laundry facility is okay. It is possible to find a non-busy time to go. They will spray for bugs per your request but that doesn't always keep bugs away. Overall, the apts are ok. They are at a good location. The community is small so there is not a lot of traffic.
