Apartment Review for Coral Cay Apartments - Corpus Christi, TX

1. Close to the Texas A&M Univ. 2. Good bus service 3. Close to Malls and main shopping areas. 4. There is no security..things stolen from cars(speakers&cdplayers)5. kids are always playing in the parking lot. even at night-Loud noises and problem for cars going in and out of the apartment. 6. Apt manager is not conginial. the rent is due on 3rd of every month. one time i dropped the check on 3rd in the drop box which was a friday. manager did not check the check and lied to me that she didnt get the check untill monday and fined me. the check was dropped before 5 pm as per the rules of the apt on friday. 7. on weekends its common to see ppl drinking beer and playing music in the cars loud. 8. no proper maintainance. The only reason i stayed in the apt was--close to university and i dont have a car.. convinient bus service. i got a job and moving to shores.
