Because they made it seem worth my money because I live close to campus! Unfortunately they forgot to tell me about the hordes of teenaged drug users/dealers who have no concept of time. The numerous bugs and rodents. As well as the pest control that DOESN'T work! The office staff is incompetant! When I park my car AWAY from the buildings tiny ants somehow find their way all over and inside my car. And not to mention the daily/nightly police sirens passing by. They may be cheaper but they're cheap for a reason.. THEY SUCK!
