Apartment Review for Dolphin's Landing Apartments - Corpus Christi, TX

Dalphins landing is the worst apartment complex that i can think of. in my first apartment i had mold my a/c didn't work and hole in my celling plus other things. it took them 9 months to address the problems and the only reason was because i wasn't going to pay my rent. by addressing the problem they spry painted the mold! and now in my new apartment they said they were going to fix the tile in the kitchen, my toilet cause i can left it up and move if i wanted to, my kitchen sink is backed up and i have to empty it with a cup and a bucket, my tup as well gets backed up with water, and when it rains out side it also rains in my apartment., I really don't think that the amount that i pay here is not worth the living conditions. I can't Honestly say that It feels like i live in the Ghetto and not on the south side. the people that work here Suck. they never fix anything and all they do is ignore the problem. i think if you want a succesful community you need to get ride of all your employees. If there is any way i can get off my lease pls. let me know. Because They won't let me get off my lease. so if things don't get fixed im going to have to call CODE INFORCEMENT! thank you for your time have a NICE DAY
