My experience at Gulf Breeze thus far has been fine. From day one, the management staff has been courteous and helpful. The apartment was in good shape when I moved in. A bit of an ant problem this summer (and I live on teh 2nd floor!). The outside is well maintained, and is attractive. I just wish they would put water in the fountain by the main entrance and run it! The pool is great for my kids. Overall, I would recommend Gulf Breeze to anyone looking in Corpus Christi's south side.  Need to rent an apartment?
