Apartment Review for Gulf Breeze Apartments - Corpus Christi, TX

For a new complex it has problems, The first thing is there lack of managment and rude employees. the manager is the worst she shows up late and shows up in her work out clothes and somehow by the end of the day gets dressed. she runs a nice scam they never tell you , you do not get your deposit back until they rent your apartment out. they find anything to not give your deposit back. like the rack in your oven you can clean it and she will still charge you $25.00 for some other persons mess. when i moved in i had to clean the apartment. the buildings are poorly put to gether the noise leave is very bad. i had some bad neighbors below me and management refused to help .I lived there for 6 months in that time parking was very bad, there were vehicles there with flat tires that never moved and never got a notice, for one month the security gate was broken, the pool was open to the public for two weeks while the water was green and milky, young children were unsupervised in the pool not to mention the managers children who liked to through wet balls at the tenants.the floors were stained and the carpets were worse, almost to the point of embarrassment.there is loud music and people who do not watch there children, there is alot of screaming and trash from unattended children. at least twice a week the police get called. also in the 6 months i was there 3 people moved out of my area because of the loud neighbors and the screamming children bottom line it is high priced, mis managed by a lazy slob who uses there job to get free rent and makes it known that she really does not care about her tenants being happy.I have never EVER seen a place so poorly managed. Don't waste your money!!!
