Apartment Review for Gulf Breeze Apartments - Corpus Christi, TX

We moved in when the apartments were brand new and there were already problems with the inside of our apartment. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the cabinetry is crooked, the walls and baseboards were scuffed and scratched, I could go on and on. They looked so great at first but once we moved in we realized how cheaply the apartments were made. The management is probably the worst part. I've never seen the manager dressed properly. She shows apartments in sweatpants and flipflops! Her kids break the pool rules and she lets them run around the weight room unsupervised. I almost fell off the treadmill the other day because one of the kids was jumping on the edge of the treadmill I was using. One of the first few months we lived there our AC went out and it took almost a week to get it fixed (in the middle of summer)! We didn't even get a break on our rent. Probably the only good thing about Gulf Breeze is the maintainance people. They are super nice. They are the only people that even talk to me! Overall, I think that these apartments are only nice at a distance. I wouldn't waste your money.
