Beware of the terms of your lease when it comes to breaking it early if needed. I am in the military and had to break my lease early due to transfer. Months after moving out, I got a letter from them saying that I had unpaid utilities for the month AFTER I moved out. Now over a year and a half later, I am receiving letters from a collections agency saying that the bill was never paid. Make sure you turn off ALL CIRCUIT BREAKERS, TURN OFF WATER AT THE MEETER and anything else possible.
