Apartment Review for Harper's Corner Apartments - Corpus Christi, TX

I do not recommend living here at all. The noise level is horrible. Also, when you report noise complaints no action is taken. The structure of the building is old and a lot of noises are heard. Plus, when neighbors are noisy and party the staff does nothing about this. The units are old and have a lot of issues. A lot of units have no cool air conditioning at all. Most days you will be miserable and hot. Plus, your electricity bill will be high. There is faulty electric wiring which can be a fire hazard. Also, some units have flooded due to faulty plumbing. I strongly do not recommend this apartment.
