Apartment Review for Lipes Apartments - Corpus Christi, TX

The apartment recently changed over to a new managment we had hoped that this would make a difference. But no change we recently had a drive by shooting and the people that were invovled still live here I guess they dont care.There is constant speeding cars through the complex &this has not been addressed either.Also there is all sorts of traffic all hrs of the night @ 1 particular complex (drug dealers) we have told managment and no response it seems they care more about $ than the good residents that live here.Aslo the dumpsters are constanly overflowing.The complex also only allows Time Warner we all know how $ they are. They do not offer free cable but they limit you on your choices.There are weeds over growing into the windows of some apartments. OMG not to mention these apartments are extremly loud you can hear everthing you neighbor is doing ($#@%^!&) Sorry but this is the god given truth! I wish we could afford somthing else butt I guess thats what their counting on. It is ashame because the apartments are nice on the inside.
