Apartment Review for Regency Square Apartments - Corpus Christi, TX

These apartments are not only run by the laziest managment staff in Corpus they are also the rudest. The manager there is abrasive and favors certain tenants over others. If you are young, single, have a life or are remotely attractive she will loathe you! They talk about your private bsuiness with people who do not live onsite (this could include your employer) The "security gate" is never secured nor gated. There have been way too many breakins and thefts do to the lack of security and if you get an apology you are doing better than most. The courtesy officer is a JOKE!!! He will not come even when he is called and will report you if you continue to bother him with your nagging request for security. It's a sad place to live and ran by an equally sad old lady...do yourself a favor find a cardboard box and crawl in your days will be brighter!!
