Apartment Review for Resort By The Sea - Corpus Christi, TX

I have lived here for 2 yrs now! My husband and i loved it when we first moved in! Then we got a new office manager! WE have not had our apt pryed for bugs in about 9 months! We do it ourselves! There are rats in the walls! We have even found rat droppings in our cabinets! Tha office manager has failed to have this taken care of! I asked her 3 months ago for a new air filter, i have yet to receive it! It s a toss up if the lights in the garages work or not! There was urine in the elevators for about 2 weeks, before it got cleaned up!
