Apartment Review for Resort By The Sea - Corpus Christi, TX

It has turned into a drug haven and a party zone. I hate it here.our last apartment had a leak unknown to us and I was sick for months until we moved to another unit. in this one we have had 3 water leaks with sewage coming up throught the tub and toilet. they cleaned the carpet and put it back. the plumber told us a pipe was broken and this was going to keep happening. the complex refused to replace the carpets when we moved and and still does so. we have mold and mildew in the bathroom from move in. the screens that we have do not fit and ar broken. our sliding glassdoor is about to loose the glass, we have bird droppings on the patio that get dragged in to the apt on our shoes despite how much we clean. we have a well on the porch infested with mosquitoe larve and who knows what. Our storage unit light fixture has wires hanging loose and is rusted and never worked despite them telling us it would be fixed. my car has been keyed as well as others, vandals spray paint whatever they feel necessary the pools are always breaking down. there is no room for a disabled person to get into some of the kitchens let alone the apartment. our diswasher dooor hits the cabinet knobs. there are bugs everywhere, and peple are always fighting and loud and partying and making drug deals.
