Dirty, filty, low class people have moved in and have turned this once quite and clean community into a nightmare. Dog poop everywhere, leaks and mold everywhere, raw sewage leaks, roaches in hoards, and major drug deals. The other night a girl outside actually urinated on the sidewalk. There is also feces all over the sidewalks. Yelling and screaming in the iddle of the nite. ^ people living in 2 bedroom units. Cars keyed and broken into. I am about to break my lease and have plenty of documented reasons. Have been a longtime resident.
