Calling this place luxury is a stretch. The same amenities and service can be found for half the price of this place just up the street. They offer some services, but only when it is convenient for them, and the staff takes more holidays than the government! The clubhouse closes for the night before most people get off work, so forget evening get-togethers. Be ready to pay for every utility imaginable, because this place covers nothing. And when you go to move out, be prepared to give 2 months notice. Military? Stay away. The tiny discount is not worth the hassle of trying to end your lease when you are pcs'd elsewhere. The military clause says you pay for 30 days AFTER your next rental due date. So if you gave notice on the 5th, you pay that month plus the full next! The staff customer service is hit and miss. They are nice when you are bringing them money, but can be indifferent to down right rude when you are trying to resolve issues with them. My advice after living here a year? Keep looking.
