Apartment Review for Stoneleigh Apartments - Corpus Christi, TX

Of course this is my personal opinion, but there is a lot of truth in my words. The staff acts nice while you are giving the rent to them, but once you are going to move out they became extremely rude!. Forget about your security deposit: you won't see it. They charge you for everything imaginable. My advise to all of you who are reading this: make sure you take pictures when you move in and when you move out. They show you pictures after you move out and things that you haven't seen while you have been living there, appears all of a sudden. Btw, their pictures are not dated.... If vandalism happens to the apartment that you occupy be prepared to pay for all the damages. Reason given: it is part of the apartment and you are responsible for it. As far as a gated community, consider it just a smock screen. Storage units broken into. Cars broken into, etc. etc. To make things worse: traffic in rush hour to exit the street is just horrible! There are many apartments in Corpus Christi. Consider that.
