Apartment Review for Sugar Tree - Corpus Christi, TX

I've lived here for about 2 years and I love it. It is quiet and the staff is great. They know us by name and are very friendly. There are a few things that aren't perfect, though. For example, they just paint over the walls and caulk over any mildew. And the linoleum is cracked and has mildew is some places. Overall, however, it is pretty nice and the maintence people usually fix things within 3 days. The carpet was freshly cleaned when I moved in, and only had a few small spots on it.
