Apartment Review for Sutton Place Apartments - Corpus Christi, TX

My first clue should have been the day I moved in - the place was filthy and all they said was "well we paid someone to clean it"..."so sorry". The dishwasher didn't work, the refrigerator was absolutely sickening filthy and the door stripping was torn and falling off. They eventually replaced the dishwasher, but I had to ask a million times for it. My electricity bill was $280 or more a month because the air conditioner was old and in poor working order - it took them many, many months to replace the outside unit, but the inside unit continued to freeze over. The management and maintenance are don't give a flip. Regretfully, they made me behave and say things out of the ordinary for me, but it was pure frustration that absolutely drove me crazy. Thank the Lord I don't live there any more......I do not recommend it to anyone, unless of course you don't care about a decent clean place to live.
