Apartment Review for The Veranda - Corpus Christi, TX

Overall the apartments are very nice. The apartments are very spacious with a nice layout. The few maintance issues we had while living here were fixed asap. They do charge a one time fee of $25 to use the gym. It's a tiny room above the office with no air conditioning, one treadmill, and one weight machine... not worth the $25 at all! The valet trash service is nice and all the maintance workers are very friendly. The office staff on the other had are not. They are very rude so we just spoke directly to the maintance staff for problems.
