if you like mold then you will like it here the a/c leaks all the time then they spray it with bleach and leave. the cars are always broken into gangs and drugs are all over you find needles in the pool area when the pools are open that is most of the maintenance go thru pantys when you leave them out most of the staff is on drugs most of the time i have seen them smoking pot at the storage in the back do not live here they steal from patios and money from residents while doing work orders
