this is a distrusting place. they dont try to find a way to contact you in more than one way to tell you that who had a cleaning bill and sent to collection. during the summer the a.c. condensated pretty badly. reported 3x. on the third time finally something was done. the roof had a huge water spot and the ceiling paint had peeled off around 1ft.circum..when they "fixed it" they only vaccuumed the water puddle on the carpet but didnt fix the ceiling so it looked crappy. HAVE FUN IF YOU LIVE THERE
