Apartment Review for Waterford - Corpus Christi, TX

This apartment community was ok when it was owned by Camden. Since the new management took over, about a year ago, this place has gone to the birds. They boast having three pools, but no fewer than two are closed at a time, for whatever reason. Rent goes up by at least $50 every time you renew your lease, and absolutely no maintainence will be done to your unit unless it's a dire emergency. I moved in here a year and a half ago, and requested repairs when I moved in that have yet to be fixed. AND THE BUGS! I keep my apartment SPOTLESS, yet it is still being overrun by roaches. Thank heavens I'm moving out in 9 days. But now I'm being given grief over that because I didn't give 60 days notice - I gave 57 - because it took longer than expected to get accepted to my new apartment. Now they want to charge me over $500 for that. Also, the laundry facilities barely work, and are also overrun by bugs and I don't think the security gates have been operational in two months.
